BLACK JACK is a gorgeous 3-year-old grade Friesian Percheron Cross gelding that stands 16.1 hands tall. Jack is very well-trained to ride and drive and has been everywhere from downtown to trail riding, swimming in the river, coyote hunting horseback has had guns shot off of him to pulling the one horse wagons for fencing duties. Jack is always willing to please and has 3 beautiful easy to ride gaits. He has smooth transitions, knows and takes his leads, he will side pass and his soft and sensitive in his body to leg and seat pressure. Jack will ride with a true one-hand neck rein or put a snaffle bit in him and he just as gladly will direct rein. Jack has a good stop and is always willing to go where you point him on the trails thru the woods, creeks, logs and brush. There’s not much that will shake this guy up. All of our children from 4-12 have ridden Black Jack with ease. With his beautiful gaits and athletic ability we believe he could make a good dressage prospect or fox hunting. However, if you just want a cool horse to trail and pleasure ride or hook to your buggy for a ride, he will be happy to do that. Black Jack sells 100% sound and we can help arrange shipping anywhere.
