Bailey braucht eine einfühlsame Person, die ihn führen und der er vertrauen kann. Er hat viel Freude an der Bodenarbeit, in der Halle, geht brav in die Führanlage und geniesst ausgiebige Spaziergänge im Gelände! Lärm, Traktoren, die Longe etc. sind ihm bekannt. Er ist rangmittig und kommt mit Pferden in jeder Größe und Geschlecht zurecht. Er kennt Offenstall, sowie Box mit Paddock. Beim Hufschmied ist er sehr brav und entspannt!
