You will have a hard time finding another one like him! He is a grullo roan and is very striking. He has good bone structure, great feet, and a big kind eye. Rio is very sensible and acts like a horse three times his age. He has a heart of gold. At just 3 years old his experience is amazing. He’s been ridden down the road, around the ranch, ridden bareback, hauled to other arenas, and out in the pastures. He picks up both leads and collects with ease. Rio has a great stop and backup and he wants to turnaround. We think he would excel in the roping arena with his size and athletic ability. He stands for mounting and dismounting. This gelding has one of those personalities that he always wants to be with people. He LOVES attention and is the first one to come up to you in the pasture. He has completed our desensitization program and doesn’t mind a flag or tarps. He is no stranger to a day in the woods he’s has been exposed to wildlife, traffic, and loud noises. He will bravely take the lead or be happy to take any position along the trail. Rio has been ridden all over the pastures and back roads of northeast TX. He’s also been ridden at several horse trails in our area and been ridden all over the Red River which is right by our land. He can handle any type of terrain. The possibilities are endless for this boy as he is very user friendly and has been exposed to a little bit of everything. He’s the kind of horse that gets along with anyone. Rio is not lacking in anything from color, to size, to conformation, sensibility, and everything in between! He has a small old scar on his back left hind that is purely cosmetic and doesn’t bother him at all. He is guaranteed sound.

È stato cavalcato lungo la strada, intorno al ranch, a pelo, trainato in altre arene e nei pascoli. Prende entrambi i guinzagli e li raccoglie con facilità.
