Woody is a 11 year old quarter horse gelding! If you’re looking for a stout gelding to add to your family you won’t want to pass up woody.
Woody is the beginner family safe gelding everyone is looking for, he has been ridden by toddlers, he is grandma safe, he has no spook and rides really well in the arena! He is soft in the bridle, collects, catches both leads and is one hand broke.
Woody has a smooth walk, trot, lope. He side passes, opens and closes gates. Not only is Woody is a phenomenal arena mount but he’s also great out on the busy streets and trails. He is has no spook to busy traffic, such as cars, motorcycles, barking dogs, and dump trucks! He stands patiently while crossing the road. He is good our alone or with groups! He’s a joy to ride and will keep us rider safe every ride.
Woody has also had experience out on the rough country of Arizona, he knows what a days work is, we have branded, doctored and has been roped off of outside! There isn’t much Woody hasn’t experienced! He handles new things easily and is always a pleasure to ride!
